Lifelight 2009

The band hit a huge milestone the other day when we closed out Saturday night at Lifelight in Sioux Falls, SD. Its already one of our favorite festivals because its free to anyone who wants to come. When we got on stage we heard there was up to 100,000 people! Pretty general number, but either way thats a mega amount of faces that went for way farther than I could see. We brought some killer lights with us too! Here are a couple of side stage photos I thought you would enjoy.

A past life...

I found some old camera phone photos that are pretty awesome. For those of you who didn't know, or didn't believe me, here is proof that I used to be a welder for a living before I joined the band. circa 2004.

Easters

Hey Everyone,
Happy Easter! I'm about to head to our Easter service at church with Melissa to celebrate the real meaning, but thought I would post a couple of pictures from our first Easter egg dying together. I tried to make one look like me too, but it ended up looking creepy.

12-String PRS!

I'm so stoked I just got my 12-string. I have wanted to own one my whole life and now I finally get to play one all the time. It turned out amazing and plays fantastic! I was especially stoked when I got it and found a sweet suprise on the back of the headstock. So cool! Look for it at future Sanctus shows and on our next record! I got it just in time to record a part with it on a new demo. :) Chris's dad Jim Rohman was kind enough to take some sweet photos for me with it.

Meet my Cats

These are my cats, Petty (if you know me you know who he's named after) and Bingley (Melissa named him, if you love Jane Austen you'll recognize that name).
They were just hanging out in the window today and I snapped a couple pictures of them. They love each other.

New computer finally!

I just got a new macbook in Denver the other day. So now I can finally have a little bit of an online life once again...yeah! I couldn't take a picture of my new computer from my computer so I just took a picture of myself in my kitchen instead.
